"I was off island when I received a call from our renter told me there was a active rat infestation in our stovetop. I contacted equal shield through the home advisor website, within three minutes every received a call from a friendly woman (sorry I forgot your name). Within 30 minutes I got a call from Griffin who was friendly and professional. Griffin sounded like he knew what he was talking about and would handle the situation, so I signed up for a one-year contract.
